The score doesn’t indicate the beating that the Falcons applied to the Bucs.  Michael Vick had a super game!  Vick completed 10 of 15 passes (66.7%) for 92 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT.  Vick carried the ball 14 times for 127 yards rushing (9.1 ypc) and a TD!  RB Warrick Dunn carried the ball 21 times for 134 yards (6.4 ypc).  Rookie Jerious Norwood carried the ball 9 times for 45 yards (5.0 ypc).  FB Fred McCrary caught Vick’s TD pass (4 yarder).

The Falcons defense played another strong game.  The Bucs only could muster 40 yards rushing on 2.5 yards per carry.  The Bucs did throw for 311 net yards, but only completed 52.8% of their passes and the Falcons picked off three Chris Simms passes.  LB Keith Brooking had 9 tackles.  CB DeAngelo Hall picked off 2 passes and returned them for 75 yards.

The Falcons are dominating.  Two big division wins already, with the Saints on deck.
