The Atlanta Falcons wanted to get some new blood for the WR crew and that’s why they selected Laurent Robinson out of tiny Illinois State.  Robinson has good size at 6’2″, 199 pounds and he’s lightning fast as he runs a 4.38 40!  But he’s not too tough and he fumbles a lot.  Also, he’s making a huge step up in competition and it’s not as if Michael Vick or Joey Harrington is a good passer so Robinson has a few factors going against him.  He played in 43 games at Illinois State and he caught 192 passes for 3,007 yards (15.7 avg) with 29 TD grabs.
